At Hydrofoil Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused equipment in its original packaging. If your new foil or board doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return request.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused hydrofoil components or accessories in their original protective padding and box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
